Overview

Our mission is to dramatically impact peoples vision for their business and their lives, such that they are compelled towards boldness and massive action. This translates into financial success.

As one of the first Asentiv trainers (starting in 1999), Tom Fleming brought Asentiv to the Tampa Bay area, offering the Certified Networker Program, in 2003.

Tiffanie Kellog first took the Certified Networker Program to help her grow promotional product business, Thread Art, in 2005. She quickly fell in love with what the program allows entrepreneurs to create for themselves, and started co-facilitating the program with Tom the following year. In 2009, Tiffanie made the decision to dedicate herself completely to speaking, training and facilitating in the spirit of helping entrepreneurs succeed at levels they never thought were possible.
Tiffanie has graduated more people through the Certified Networker Program than any other trainer in the world.  She now manages the training team across West Central Florida as well as facilitating all the programs offered by Asentiv.

Jason Avery, owner of Avery Construction and Constructing Success Consulting, is the newest member to the team first 1st getting involved with Asentiv in 2014. Education through Asentiv helped put the finishing touches on a business model for his remodeling business that catapulted the company to new heights. Jason continues to run Avery Construction while also coaching entrepreneurs, especially trades professionals, to generate more referrals for themselves. Jason is also a master at understanding and educating others on behavioral styles as he facilitates the Room Full of Referrals® program for Asentiv in companies and organizations throughout the West Central Florida Area.
