Jason Avery’s Story
Jason is married with 4 children, who are now all young adults. He and his wife love going on Cruises through the Caribbean at least twice each year. His hobbies also include boating, camping, hiking, golf, and playing poker. He is a huge football fan and a season pass holder for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
In just 5 years, Jason had his company generating more than $3-Million per year in revenue and with more than 45% of their new business by referral. He built an 8-man administrative team and positioned himself to work ON his business versus IN his business. He is very well networked and respected by others. Jason has also invested heavily into his own personal development and training in order to master Behavioral Styles and Relationship Marketing.
After many years working for others, Jason was inspired by his father with a $10K loan, to start his own business. He knew that he could manage and inspire people better than those who he had worked for. He started with just 3 men doing labor and a bookkeeper who worked 1 day each week. After only 5 years Jason had built a team of 35 people all making above average incomes for what they do, including 5 people each earning over 6-figures. He prides himself on his ability to create opportunities for others to succeed and continue to grow with him.
Jason sits on the boards for a few different community organizations and he often chairs their various committees. He is actively involved with BNI, the Greater Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce, Tampa Bay Think Tank, Champions Gateway Group, Construction Partners of Tampa Bay, TBBO, and TBBA.
