Tom Fleming’s Story
Tom enjoys life with his wife Jennifer in a quiet area of Central Florida. Despite his commitment to his work you will often find him outside on Saturday or Sunday afternoons sprucing up the yard. It is the one little escape he does allow himself weekly to give his fingers and voice a rest from typing and talking.
Tom’s personal mission statement is to dramatically impact people’s vision for their business and their lives such they are compelled towards boldness and massive action. This translates into financial success. Who doesn’t want some level of financial success?
Through 1000’s of pieces of feedback, people consistently expect to increase their revenues or commissions by $10,000-$50,000 in their first year after working with Tom.
Tom played A LOT of basketball when he was younger. Did you know he won a best of 10 foul shooting competition by going 11 for 12 back in the day. Both he and another competitor had gone 9 for 10 forcing them to go shot for shot before naming a champion.
Prior to his business career, Tom loved working with his hands and did a lot of work re-modeling homes in Massachusetts and Cape Cod. He loved working in those old homes in Cambridge where you never knew what you were going to find behind a wall. Tom still enjoys working with his hands. If you visit him at his office you will find him working at a desk he built for himself.

Tom has recorded dozens of audio’s on the topics of Organizational Development and Relationship Based Marketing. Beyond this, Tom says he definitely has a book or two in him that he will work on someday… “Power on Purpose” is the working title of his first book. It’s all about bringing one’s vision to fruition.

Tom has spoken and been featured on television programs around the world. Some of his favorite places he has visited and spoken in beyond the United States are Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Viet Nam, Germany, Portugal, Hungary and of course England.

Tom’s experience in working 1000’s of professionals across dozens of different professions over the past 20 years, coupled with his own experience in running a business, gives him a creative perspective based on street-level wisdom that he is able to bring to his clients in helping them to move their business and lives forward in their own desired direction.
