Karen is known as a feisty, shoe-loving, businesswoman who can make things happen. In addition to being results oriented, she is a dynamic speaker, a creative thinker and way too fashionable to be a grandma, so she’s known as a “GlamMa”! Karen has 3 children and yes, she has recently welcomed her first grand child in December 2016, a beautiful healthy young girl. She enjoys working out, running, educating, public speaking, and shoe shopping. When she’s not working, Karen can be found volunteering for local organizations.
Karen was a powerhouse in sales and consulting for Dex Imaging for over 7 years. After a successful career, Karen decided to work closer with local businesses in her community and joined the Nature Coast TV team as a Development Specialist. She now helps businesses streamline the sales process, staff training and even connecting and communicating with their target audiences through digital videos, web shows, and live streaming strategies and has been growing businesses with them since 2013.
Karen is known in her circles as being a master of networking, relationship development, and personal branding. She leverages these skill sets not only in her Asentiv trainings, but as an individual business relationship consultant. Karen’s recent successes, through her knowledge and application of Asentiv’s referral-based marketing strategies has afforded the opportunity to open her own consulting firm, Dove | Dream Developer.
Karen has found success through her keen abilities to not only gain knowledge, but apply it in real-world situations. She has a true passion to help others gain the ability to do the same so they can experience personal and professional growth as she did through her love for education but more importantly, her Value for Time.
Karen served as Director Consultant for BNI West Central Florida for over 6 years and started as a Diplomat for the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce and now serves as their Marketing Co-Chair. Karen is a Member of Kiwanis Club of Brooksville Ridge and also assisted in several volunteer and community outreach programs aimed at helping troubled youth and community improvement needs.
